ONLINE WORKSHOPS
& EMOTIONAL SUPPORT
2020 was an interesting year. It was one full of growth, and death, and birth, and everything in between.
I expanded my healing work to include online workshop co-facilitation and emotional support in service with Healing by Choice! I even made (with a lot of help!) a video that was posted to the HbC! Youtube page. You can checkout this video of me demonstrating Straighten Up, America! self-alignment sequence.

In working with the collective, I have been introduced to many wonderful people- local and across the country- who are doing true healing justice work. I would like to thank Healing by Choice for the opportunities to connect and expand my work. I would also like to thank Detroit Disability Power, Michigan Environmental Justice Coalition, The Peoples Hub, Faith in Action, ACCESS, and Allied Media Projects for their consciousness of the need for this work to be accessible to the people. My work this year with each one of these organizations energized me. You can read about some of my offerings and practices at these online events in the list here.

Join Dr. Knight for an evening of focused intention on healing and connecting with others. A reiki share is a sacred space where practitioners and attendees each have a turn practicing in giving and receiving energy (pure intention/prayer/focused attention).

Pancakes and Booze Atlanta will be hosting their regularly scheduled art show at the Georgia Freight Depot on Friday July 12, 2019 from 8pm-2am. My collaborative artwork made with the artist cHaOs will also be for sale. Divine Spine Wellness and Radiate Naturally will be hosting their monthly Hike-Heal-Fit event, with ME adding on the "Replenish"-ment with a nutrition workshop and catering a delicious and restorative vegan lunch. This event takes place at lovely Kennesaw Mountain right outside of Atlanta, GA. Sunday June 30, 2019 from 9am-2pm.

I will be presenting on "Holistic Wellness and the Power of Spirit" at the 36th Annual African World Festival in Detroit, MI August 17, 2018. I will also be Offering FREE 15-minute healing sessions for the first 8 to sign up from 12pm-2pm on Saturday August 17 and 11am-3pm on Sunday August 18. I will be located at the Health is Wealth Pavilion.
Healing by Choice is an all women-of-color healing collective located in Detroit, MI. On August 9, 2018 they will be holding a reiki and ear acupuncture offering at a beautiful location at 4835 2nd Ave, Detroit, MI 48201. The event is from 6pm-8pm for any interested guests. Come by! I'll be there :).
The Serenity House of Flint facilitates holistic healing treatment programs, classes and certification courses to support healing from addiction. 34th Annual African World Festival in Detroit, MI: The cultural experience of the year! August 21, 2016, I will be offering FREE 20-minute healing sessions for the first 9 to sign up. I will also be speaking on "The Benefits of Reiki" from 4pm-6pm at the Health is Wealth Pavilion.

Touch of Health Atlanta will be hosting its annual Holiday Market Saturday November 28, 2015 from 11am-3pm. All vendors will be making contributions to Drake House, a "short-term crisis housing, education and empowerment programs for homeless single mothers and their children in North Fulton. Lake Claire Community Land Trust will be hosting it's holiday arts and crafts fair. All items are handmade by local artisans with 25% of proceeds benefitting the Trust. The fair will be held Saturday December 6, 2014 from 10am-4pm. Please come out and support community!
I will be selling jewelry, Goddess jewelry boxes and postcards with designs from local artists associated with the collective.
